Impact of Price Increase

Due to recent changes in the DSC issuance process in compliance with CCA (Govt. of India) IVG Guidelines, there has been a significant increase in the prices of Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs) from eMudhra, XtraTrust, and PantaSign. We have tried to keep pricing as low as possible to minimize the impact on our customers.

Reason for the Increase

As per the new CCA Guidelines, the role of Registration Authorities (RAs) has changed to “Business Partners.” This shift has transformed the DSC business from a B2B model to a B2C model. Consequently, the Certifying Authorities (CAs) will now directly issue invoices to customers, as mandated by the IVG Guidelines of the CCA, Government of India. This change aims to equalize the pricing of DSCs across the country.

New Invoicing Process

From now on, we will issue invoices only for USB Tokens. According to the new guidelines, invoices for DSCs will be issued directly to customers by the Certifying Authorities (CAs) such as eMudhra, XtraTrust, and PantaSign. This change aims to streamline the process and ensure compliance with the new regulatory standards.

Free Customer Support: Our prices include free customer support until the expiry of your DSC (valued at Rs. 800 per DSC). In contrast, Certifying Authorities charge between Rs. 500-800 for support services.
Customer-Centric Approach: We prioritize our customers’ needs and satisfaction over profit, reflecting our dedication to being a customer-centric company. We have provided discounts from our incentives as a gesture of appreciation for our customers.

Alternative Options

We are exploring partnerships with other Certifying Authorities to provide more cost-effective options for our customers. We plan to launch DSCs from Capricorn and Vsign CA within the next 30 days, which may offer lower price adjustments.

New Pricing Structure Live

The new pricing structure is now live and applies to all DSC variants from the mentioned providers. We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting new DSC orders.
